HAWKINS ROAD SITE SOLD TO SILVERTON AGGREGATES

Acting on behalf of the administrative receivers for Palgrave Brown, Whybrow Chartered Surveyors have sold the freehold interest in their site at 6/7 Hawkins Road, Colchester CO2 8JX to Silverton Aggregates. Comprising various workshops extending to 7,100 sq.ft (660 sq.m) on a self-contained site of 0.623 acres (0.252 hectares). The site is in the Hythe regeneration area and close to the town’s eastern relief road. The purchaser was unrepresented.

MARINER HOUSE ACQUIRED FOR CLIENTS

Acting for Suffolk Mental Health Partnerships NHS Trust, Whybrow Chartered Surveyors have acquired a substantial office building in central Ipswich from Wrenbridge Ltd after an exhaustive search for suitable properties in and around Ipswich. Mariner House is a detached building over 4 floors and extends to 21,200sq.ft with 40 on site car spaces. The Trust have entered into a 15 year lease with 5 yearly rent reviews and significant rent incentives. Bidwells and Savills represented the landlords
