Davey Close Trade Park Fully Let

Whybrow are pleased to announce that the Davey Close Trade Park, Greenstead Road in Colchester, Essex is now fully occupied with the lettings of the two remaining units 18 & 25 lettings completed on the instructions of industrials.co.uk.

 

Simon Ross, Asset Manager for industrials.co.uk commented “We are delighted to have acquired Davey Close Trade Park in February 2016. Working with Whybrow, we have applied our proactive style to leasing along with a strong customer focused approach and are delighted to have now reached full occupancy at the Estate”.
