Qualified Building Surveyor and Commercial Agency Surveyors Required

We are a growing company looking for two qualified Surveyors
Commercial Agency Department - This position has real and genuine prospects for progression. You will deal with and oversee all commercial agency matters at both our Colchester and Braintree offices.
The suitable applicant should be ready for a challenge, be inspiring and unique and ready to inject a bit of fun into the working day. We are looking for someone to encourage, innovate and inspire someone who wants to increase revenues and profit and who has a history of delivering results and exceeding client expectations. Do you have the hunger to get ahead whilst encouraging your team to do the same? If the answer is yes, we'd like to hear from you.

We are also seeking a qualified Building Surveyor with the same attributes to head our Building Surveying Department within a growing multi-discipline practice based in Colchester.
The successful candidate will be experienced in dilapidations, project management, party wall matters and surveys with an innovative approach to business and a strong aptitude towards building client relationships.

We are offering a competitive salary with company car.

DP World Networking Event for Essex Businesses

DP World London Gateway hosted an event in the offices of its 1,000 acre logistics facility to celebrate and launch the completion of a new office development.

Over 50 guests from a wide range of businesses and organisations across Essex attended and were able to view the three berths of the state-of-the-art, semi-automated deep sea container terminal, while also viewing the significant progress in the development of the Logistics Park.


A new off-dock 5 Acre empty container storage yard is to be opened at DP World London Gateway Port.
