For the second year running Whybrow have achieved full occupancy of a scheme under their Management. Kings Parade, a retail shopping parade comprising 21 retail units including Tesco’s and William Hill had five vacant units toward the end of 2012. Implementing a strategy on behalf of the client to deliver greater interest in the shopping parade and the restructuring of some existing leases has resulted in another success for the Whybrow Management Department. Jamie Redden of Whybrow stated ‘’we are keen to ensure that our management style is proactive, aiming to deliver a greater value of asset for the client’’


DP World Networking Event for Essex Businesses

DP World London Gateway hosted an event in the offices of its 1,000 acre logistics facility to celebrate and launch the completion of a new office development.

Over 50 guests from a wide range of businesses and organisations across Essex attended and were able to view the three berths of the state-of-the-art, semi-automated deep sea container terminal, while also viewing the significant progress in the development of the Logistics Park.


A new off-dock 5 Acre empty container storage yard is to be opened at DP World London Gateway Port.
