For the second year running Whybrow have achieved full occupancy of a scheme under their Management. Kings Parade, a retail shopping parade comprising 21 retail units including Tesco’s and William Hill had five vacant units toward the end of 2012. Implementing a strategy on behalf of the client to deliver greater interest in the shopping parade and the restructuring of some existing leases has resulted in another success for the Whybrow Management Department.
