Acting on behalf of a London based client, Whybrow have concluded a letting of 57.1 sq m of retail space to new local business venture, Soo Beauty. The shop has a wide frontage onto Market Street and was let for a term of 5 years. A 3 months’ rent free period was agreed to allow for shop re-fitting and the tenant has the option to terminate the Lease at the end of the third year.
