Trespass Deal Secured in Colchester

Acting on behalf of Rockspring, joint sole agents KLM Retail & Whybrow are delighted to report the completed letting of a 2,024 sq ft town centre retail premises in Colchester to outdoor clothing brand Trespass. 


Unit 1 Mercantile House in Sir Isaac’s Walk has been let to the new occupier on a five year lease on undisclosed terms. The property is situated in a pedestrianised area in the thoroughfare between Culver Square and the Lion Walk shopping centre and home to a mix of independent, regional and national occupiers.


Glasgow-based Trespass have more than 150 stores worldwide and is on an expansion drive throughout Europe, America and Asia. KLM Retail and Whybrow are now actively marketing nearby property Unit 3 Mercantile House, with 2,680 sq ft readily available inclusive of first floor ancillary storage.
