The department actively manages industrial, retail and office premises for private property investors, pension funds and asset management companies, throughout the country.

The department provides Landlord's with the support required to allow them to realise the maximum income stream from their property portfolios. The key services provided include:

• Collection of rent and service charge, with the support of the Property Accounts
• Administration of service charges
• Advice on occupational issues, including Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessments and DDA
• Implementation of minor repair and maintenance works
• Implementation of maintenance and service contracts
• Negotiation of Tenancy Agreements
• Collection of outstanding rent/service charge
• Property health and safety reviews and risk assessments
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Administration of building insurance
• Insurance inspections on vacant properties

The department operates an MUS property management database covering all client properties, and benefits from the support of an in-house Property Accounts team.
