FULL TIME RESIDENTIAL NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED

Whybrow Chartered Surveyors have been established in Colchester since 1985. A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within our long established business for a self motivated person to run our Residential Department. The successful candidate should be dedicated, hard working and innovative and display an ability and awareness of how to grow and develop our estate agency brand in the pre owned and new homes sector. They are likely to have an estate agency background and proven business management skills.

PART TIME BOOK KEEPER/COMPANY SECRETARY

A further opportunity has also arisen for a book keeper to run our Property Accounts Department. The successful candidate will be computer skilled and required to undertake book keeping, pay roll, company secretarial, property management rent and service charge administration and rental demands and will work closely with our busy property management department.
