Clients of ours have now secured planning consent for a new leasehold industrial/ warehouse development with main road frontage on Gorse Lane Industrial Estate, Clacton with occupation anticipated Q1,2022( possibly earlier).

Units will be from 2,000sq ft to 8,000sq ft to an institutional specification with forecourt loading and parking.
