Progressive Chartered Surveyors Whybrow is delighted to confirm the success of being awarded a prestigious property management contract with AmicusHorizon, which aligns with the strategic growth and positioning of the business. Whybrow will be focusing on a portfolio in excess of 130 commercial properties across London and the South East.

Jamie Redden Bsc Hons Head of Property Management who has headed achieving this contract commented “the continual efforts that Whybrow is making to sustain our growth is perfectly aligned to the reward of such a great opportunity, our acumen in the property market and understanding of the brief has been recognised during the selection process”.

The whole tender process was well contested, combining an initial series of submissions and questions followed by a second stage interview.  The contract begins on the 1st July 2014 and will be for an initial period of five years.
