Whybrow Commercial Surveyors has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Tony Lockwood as Director of Commercial and Land Agency.
Part of the Beresfords Property Group, Whybrow continues to expand its commercial property expertise across Essex, London and the South East, supporting investors, landlords and occupiers with strategic property advice.
With more than 35 years of experience in the property industry, Tony will lead Whybrow’s commercial agency and land division, overseeing new instructions and advising clients on development and investment opportunities.
Strengthening Commercial Property Expertise
Tony brings extensive knowledge across commercial agency, asset management and development consultancy. In his new role he will work closely with colleagues across Whybrow to enhance the firm’s service offering and support clients navigating a changing commercial property market.
His focus will include:
- Advising on commercial property sales and lettings
- Supporting land and development consultancy
- Expanding Whybrow’s commercial client base
- Securing high-quality property instructions across the region
Tony began his career in 1989, gaining experience across private practice, asset management and development consultancy. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and part of the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS).
